What counts as a "match"?+
A match is a full AI-powered warehouse recommendation based on your business profile — including a ranked score, warehouse details, verified badges, and an estimated quote. On the free plan, you get one complete match.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period — no penalties, no questions asked.
Is the voice onboarding available in languages other than Mandarin?+
Yes — you can speak in English or Mandarin. Our AI transcribes, translates, and extracts your business details automatically. More languages are on our roadmap.
What happens to my data after I speak into the mic?+
